Take on a mentoring role in one of our specialised teams and guide junior members along their journey. You also have the possibility to apply to join our Trading Syndicate.

Start with a fundamental understanding of how financial markets actually function and build up to the point where you are able to develop your own trading strategies.
Combine the theoretical concepts from the Trainee Program with tools such as Python and R to evaluate large amounts of data and make data driven decisions.
Specialise in either Quant Research or Quant Trading. In Research you focus on how macroeconomic and geopolitical events impact and influence financial markets. In Quant Trading you develop your own trading algorithms together with our 10+ partner firms located across the globe.
